Sauteed Broccoli with Garlic
Serves 4-6

Ingredients
2 broccoli heads (about 750g), cut into florets
6 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced

Method
  • Drop the broccoli into a pan of boiling salted water and cook for 4 minutes, until al dente. Drain well.
  • Put the olive oil and garlic into a frying pan over a medium heat. As soon as the garlic begins to sizzle and colour, add the broccoli and toss for 1-2 minutes. Check the seasoning and serve straightaway.
