CHICORY, WATERCRESS AND POMEGRANATE SALAD
SERVES 8
2 POMEGRANATES
4 HEADS CHICORY, CHOPPED
300G WATERCRESS
1 TBSP SESAME SEEDS
FRESHLY GROUND BLACK PEPPER
- Halve the pomegranates and remove the seeds. Mix seeds together with chicory and watercress. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and freshly ground black pepper.
- A simple dressing maybe prepared by combing 2 tbsp walnut oil with the juice of 1 small pomegranate.
