PREVIOUS PAGE | ALL RECIPES Baba Ghanoush Ingredients: 1 aubergine (about 600g), chopped, peeled, sprinkled with salt and roasted in olive oil 3 tbsp of olive oil 1 tbsp of lemon juice ¾ tbsp salt Method: Put the coarsely chopped aubergine flesh in a blender of food processor. Add the olive oil, lemon juice and salt. Blend for 5-6 seconds, or until creamy. Serve chilled or at room temperature as a dip.
