Ragman’s Lane

Ragman’s Lane is a 60 acre farm based on permaculture principles in the Forest of Dean. Mainly committed to education, they’ve also been making apple juice since 1998 from local unsprayed fruit from orchards in Herefordshire. The apples are pressed in a hydraulic press and varieties are carefully chosen and combined to achieve a natural sweetness with no need for added sugar.

Tracklements

William Tullberg began making mustard at home in the 1970s. He first began supplying friends, and the local pub and it wasn’t long before ‘Tracklements’ was born. Tracklements have now expanded and although not all of their products are organic, they pride themselves on knowing the provenance of all their ingredients and source them as locally as they can.

Michael Holt has been a beekeeper since 1973. From only locally bred bees, this golden nectar is cold-pressed and filtered only through muslin which retains much of the pollen. This is some of the most natural and unprocessed honey around. Suitable for raw foodies.
