Our daily dairy staples are literally our bread and butter. You’ll find things here you won’t find on the supermarket shelves. It’s still our mission to have milk in bottles, but until that time, we at least have it from a local dairy.

One of Britain’s most successful and well-known dairy producers, Yeovalley has been supporting local farmers since 1974.  They’ve won scores of awards and have been committed to supporting organic farming since 1993. Now they’ve become a lifeline for many organic dairies in the West Country.

Calonwen is a co-operative of 20 farming families across Wales and aims to support and promote dairy farming in the country.  Calonwen products undergo minimum processing to maintain goodness and flavour.

Daisy & Co grew out of an 80 acre organic Jersey dairy farm, owned by Richard and Caroline Harbord.  They produce award-winning soft and hard cheeses.

Brown Cow

Award winning company, endorsed by top celebrity chefs Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall and Jamie Oliver.  They produce, alongside other products related to their own herd of Guernsey cows, award winning yoghurt, packaged in recyclable and re-usable plastic pots.

Caws Cenarth Cheese
Lancych in Camarthenshire
Caws Cenarth organic cheeses are made traditionally on a family farm using milk sourced from surrounding farms belonging to the Calon Wen Co-operative.
They supply us:
