Friday 9th May 2008 ... at the beautiful Barley Wood Walled Garden Café near Wrington Full Time Front of House Manager Main duties: To be responsible for all aspects of the day to day running of the cafe/restaurant. To be fully involved in shifts including weekends & the occasional evening. To maintain and develop the administration of the whole site: rotas, orders, menus, stock, Soil Association records for the gardens, health and safety, training and staff records. To do regular management reports. To maintain standards in service and presentation, cleaning and hygiene. To work with the kitchen staff as overall manager. To help develop and maintain visitor information and promotion of the gardens. Full Time Second Chef Main duties: Cook daily specials as required Make a selection of seasonal cakes as required Order produce – vegetables & dried goods.
