HOW TO ORDER YOUR BOX
Here at the Better Food Company we want to make ordering and amending your veg box as easy for you as possible. We're always expanding our delivery area, so chances are, if you live in Bristol, we can deliver to your doorstep. Please check if you're not sure.
There are 3 ways to order your box:
- By phone 0117 935 1725 and ask for Laurence, Emma or Olivia.
- By email - just drop us a line at boxisback@betterfood.co.uk. If you don't get a confirmation email back from us, PLEASE RING!
- Drop into the shop and speak to us personally, we love to meet all our customers in person!
We need to know about any cancellations, orders or amended orders by:
For Wednesday deliveries: 3pm on the Monday of that week. (BS7 0, BS9, BS10, BS11, BS32, BS34, BS35)
For Thursday deliveries: 3pm on the Tuesday of that week. (BS1 1, BS1 2, BS1 3, BS1 4, BS1 5)
For Friday deliveries: 3pm on the Tuesday of that week. (all other areas, plus BS1 6) If it is later than that, you can still give us a call and we will do our best, but we just can't guarantee. Delivery Times:
Give us a ring if you would like to know what day your box will be delivered on - at the moment we aim for before 8.00am (not guaranteed as depends on weather and traffic) on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday morning, (see above).

CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES
Box deliveries over the Christmas
As you probably know, we are closed between Tuesday 25th December and Thursday 27th December. Unfortunately this means that we can’t deliver your box of organic produce on this week. Our suppliers are also closing for New Year's Eve, so we’re going to have to make a few changes to deliveries in the first week of January. This means that if you’re due a delivery on Wednesday 2nd January or Thursday 3rd January we’ll be delivering your produce on Friday 4th January. If you normally get a delivery on Friday we’ll be delivering your box on Saturday the 5th January.
I hope this doesn’t cause you any inconvenience and remember that we’re making up special Christmas boxes for shop collection on the weekend before Christmas.

All the Christmas fruit and veg you need in a box - available to pick up from shopWe also have Christmas fruit and veg boxes for pick up only from the shop. You need to pre-order these boxes by emailing admin@betterfood.co.uk or phoning 0117 935 1725. You can pick them up on Sunday 23rd, although other arrangements can be made when you call. Large and small boxes are available - £18 and £12 respectively.
The Christmas boxes will contain: potatoes, parsnips, carrots, onions, red cabbage, brussel sprouts, kale, salad pack (large box only), tomatoes, clementines, apples, lemons and a bunch of Walled Garden herbs.
