Method
  • Separate your seeds from the flesh, then coat them in a salty sauce (tamari, Worcestershire or soy, for example).
  • Spread them on a baking sheet and cook at a low heat for about 20-30 minutes. Keep checking them, as the amount of liquid on them will affect the time it takes to dry them out.
