Porridge, immune-boosting

Porridge oats
Sunflower seeds
Pumpkin seeds
Flaked almonds
Coconut chips
Lightly crushed linseed
Milk of your choice
Dried fruit (optional, for sweetness)

Method:

  • Put the oats and other ingredients into a breakfast bowl.
  • Cover with milk.
  • Put in the fridge and leave overnight. Enjoy in the morning cold, or if you like warm porridge, just heat it up – you don’t have to boil the milk.
